Because Carbs actually increase the metabolism, I wonder about
shifting some of your protein calories to carb calories...I would
stress lower glycemic carbs.
Have you been hungry, had good energy, is your focus good, how
are your moods...these are the kinds of things to watch to see
how changes work. If you end up feeling like you need to eat more
and overeat...that is a challenge to your plan.
35/45/20..hmm..I would even shift to 25-30 / 50-55 / 20 and see
how that effected me, though your muscles will probably fill out
at first with the returning hydration, once that sorts itself
out...I wonder how that would feel for you.
Since I don't think I have read your goals anywhere, I understand
you are cutting...is that for aesthetics/personal or are you prepping
for an event/photo shoot/role/ etc?
How much of a deficit are you in at 2100? How much of that is
from cardio? You weight train as well right?
Anyway, curious minds want to know!
