hmmm....its really tough to say. I have lost a lot of weight
since I started eating right, countilng calories and so on....but
I want to get to that stage where that last layer of fat comes
off, and I'm not there yet. As i said, I try to ideally get a
35 % of protein, 45% carbs and 20% fat, and 2,100 cals a day.
Recently, I havent been as consistant as I used to be. i have
certain days where I eat a lot more cashews, almonds,etc. and
because of that I go over my calorie deficit and I obviously go
over 20% fat for the day...on other days I only get in 1800 cals...so
i am not as consistant as i want to be. Because of this i cant
really tell which ratio works best for me, even though i did lose
some good weight with the 35/45/20 ratio when i consistantly followed
it.
