You said your diet is low carb, but it doesnt look like it. Its
45% of your diet. Thats not really low carb in my opinion, thats
the norm....I also eat ideally 45% carbs a day. The only difference
is I aim for 20% fat ( mostly coming from peanut butter or nuts,
which are regarded as the 'healthy' fat). You seem to get a lot
of your fat from fatty cuts of meat and while milk. I always believed
this was the less preffered fat source, but if it works for you,
thats great.
