Hi all.
I am trying to reach gain 3-5 kg in 6-7 weeks and was wondering
if I should bulk, and then after the 6-7 weeks do strength training.
After this I would repeat that large routine. So it would be:
Bulk (3 sets, 10 reps) for 7 weeks, then Strength training (4
sets, 5-6 reps). Then repeat.
Would I be able to gain 3-5 kg with only strength training, as
that is what I would prefer?
Any good suggestions if I am completly wrong?
