So now that you eat unhealthy you can get all your calories in...
WHAT!?
You mean you are use to eating non-fat, low-fat and high carb?
That is not necessarily healthier!
For the general population maybe low-fat would help with their
overeating!
I have been eating really healthy and ALSO calorie dense foods.
Like Linda said, choose calorie dense foods, instead of food
without calories.
Organic Whole Grain bread or Organic Brown Rice pasta...the second
is higher in fiber and calories
Lettuce or Kale... the second is higher in fiber, calories and
vitamins
Post your diet and maybe we can give you some tweaks that will
really help with the volume and quality.
