Ok, you want to be a fighter correct (boxing, MMA) thats cool
but you want to make sure you maintain a consistant weight because
you don't wanna find yourself in a huge weight class. #2 strength
isn't everything you are gonna need to be explosive. When training
from most sports people thinkl they can walk into a gym and get
strong an then they will have a huge advantage WRONG! Work hang
clean, rollercoaster, push press, stuff like that (of course work
bags as well that will increase explosiveness). I had to work
this alot in football my coach really streched being explosive
and I became and explosive player which allowed me to played pretty
much any position on the field (except online) and I did.
