I am just trying to think about this logically. Larger people
tend to have more underlying muscle ( muscle that can't be seen
because of fat ) than very skinny people, because of the strength/muscle
needed to do every day tasks.
While skinny individuals may be considered hard gainers, those
who are overweight / obese often take the caloric deficit too
far and burn muscle while buring fat.
Now the best way to show the muscle you have worked so hard for.
1. Figure your daily caloric (sp) needs. I don't have the link,
but you can search for it on this site.
2. Put your self in a 500 calorie deficit/ increase cardio.
3. Be patient.
